These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this site ("Astro-Consortio") and any services or data made available through it. By using Astro-Consortio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Astro-Consortio provides a tool to assist users in discovering links and relationships between UK companies, officers, persons with significant control (PSCs), beneficial owners, and other related parties. It includes a free browsing tool and offers paid API access to structured public data.
Astro-Consortio is designed to:
The platform may highlight connections between individuals and companies based on public register data, but does not assert, verify, or endorse any particular interpretation of those connections.
The data displayed is primarily sourced from Companies House and the Charity Commission for England and Wales. While we aim to present this information faithfully and respectfully, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Astro-Consortio does not offer legal, financial, or regulatory advice by default. No information presented on the platform should be construed as an endorsement, accusation, or confirmation of any relationship between companies or individuals.
However, for legal, investigative, or compliance purposes, we may offer a paid consultancy service to provide more detailed assistance in understanding complex or indirect relationships. This service is available by separate agreement and subject to professional and legal limitations.
The inclusion of an officer, PSC, or any person in a connection map or listing does not imply wrongdoing, control, ownership, or legal responsibility — only that public records show a potential association that may warrant further investigation.
Astro-Consortio displays personal data (e.g. names, service addresses, positions) lawfully published by public registers. This information is displayed solely to support transparency and verification of relationships in line with the public purpose of open corporate data.
We do not use this information for marketing, profiling, or contact purposes. We respect suppression and update our records accordingly.
We do not accept liability for:
Use of Astro-Consortio is at your own risk.
Astro-Consortio is designed primarily for human users, and its structure is not optimised for automated access. While small-scale or occasional automated browsing may be tolerated, particularly when non-disruptive, large-scale scraping, systematic copying, or bulk extraction of our content is not permitted.
We may allow indexing by search engine bots, whose purpose is clear and beneficial to the public. However, automated access for the purpose of replicating, republishing, or re-surfacing our content elsewhere is expressly prohibited.
If you require structured, automated, or high-volume access to our data, please contact our sales team to obtain the access of API. API access is subject to separate terms, rate limits, and acceptable use conditions.
The structure, design, and added value (e.g. linking, relationship logic, visualisation, etc.) of the data on Astro-Consortio are protected by copyright and database rights. The underlying data remains subject to the Open Government Licence v3.0 where applicable.
You may not reproduce, resell, or rehost the structured presentation of the data without written permission.
Please refer to our Privacy Notice for information on how we process personal data, our lawful basis for processing, and your rights under the UK GDPR.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Astro-Consortio after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
